We are proud to announce that we continue to be a Leader In Me school, implementing Stephen Covey’s 8 Habits of Highly Effective People. Students and staff learn to use a common language and build an understanding of how to work effectively, independently and interdependently, in all aspects of life, not just at school.
The 8 Habits of Highly Effective People are:
Habit 1: Be Proactive (You’re in Charge)
Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind (Have a Plan)
Habit 3: Put First Things First (Work First then Play)
Habit 4: Think Win-Win (Everyone Can Win)
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood (Listen Before you Talk)
Habit 6: Synergize (Together is Better)
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw (Balance Feels Best)
Habit 8: Use your Voice and Inspire Others to Find Theirs

Estudiantes y personal aprenden a usar un lenguaje común y a comprender cómo trabajar de forma eficaz, independiente e interdependiente en todos los aspectos de la vida, no solo en la escuela.
Los 8 Hábitos de la Gente Altamente Efectiva son:
Hábito 1: Ser Proactivo (Tú Estás al Mando)
Hábito 2: Empezar con el Fin en Mente (Ten un Plan)
Hábito 3: Priorizar lo Primero (Trabajar Primero, Luego Jugar)
Hábito 4: Pensar en Ganar-Ganar (Todos Pueden Ganar)
Hábito 5: Buscar Primero Entender, Luego Ser Entendido (Escuchar Antes de Hablar)
Hábito 6: Sinergizar (Juntos es Mejor)
Hábito 7: Afilar la Sierra (El Equilibrio Se Siente Mejor)
